Policies
I strive to create a safe, respectful environment for every client. Please take a moment to review the following policies:
Cancellation, Shortening the length of sessions and No-Show-
- All new clients will require a card on file
- Cancellations or shortening the length of session within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee
- Cancellations or shortening the length of sessions within 8 hours and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
- Emergencies happen- please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel. I appreciate your respect for my time and other clients waiting for openings.
Gift Certificates and Promotional offers-
- Promotional discounts or gift cards with a “value” vs. “paid amount” (e.g., a $85 dollar service purchased for $75) will retain the paid for value after expiration. the promotional value expires in 6 months.
- Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person one time. The expiration still applies.
- The certificate must be turn in at the time of service
Client Conduct-
- This is a professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate comments, behaviors, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
- Future appointments will not be accepted in the event of misconduct.
Late Arrivals-
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping into the next client’s appointment. The full session fee will still apply
Inclement weather-
- If the Pulaski County School District (PCSSD) and/or North Little Rock School District is closed, the office will be as well.
- If you have any questions about whether the office will be closed, please call/text the office at 501-412-6412
Illness policy-
- If you are sick or feeling unwell (including fever, cough, or contagious conditions) please reschedule.
- Coming in sick may worsen your symptoms and puts others at risk. There is no penalty for canceling the first time due to illness with reasonable notice.
